Most businesses do not plan for unexpected disasters, the things that wouldn't pop into mind. In this episode, Lisandra discusses the importance of having a contingency plan in place when things are solid i.e. "times of peace" so we're not left scrambling with what ifs or we could haves. She specializes in working with restaurants, but any business can benefit from this type of planning.
